The ghoul’s touch makes the subject more vulnerable to incoming attacks.

Requisite: Ghoul HD 11

Effect: The subject loses 4 points of AC against all incoming attacks for 1d6+1 rounds. A successful Fortitude save halves the penalty to –2.

Improved Loss

The target creature or item also loses resistance to attacks, up to 4 points of each damage reduction (or hardness) it has. This penalty can bring a damage reduction or hardness to 0, but not below 0. A successful saving throw halves this penalty to –2 as well.

Gain and Loss

If the target fails its saving throw against this effect, the ghoul gains a +4 luck bonus to AC and has a 25% chance of negating any critical hit or precision damage it suffers.
