Tactics Unlike their more intelligent cousins, lesser ei’risai form only the most rudimentary tactics. They are smart enough to employ simple schemes, such as waiting for prey to round a blind corner before attacking, but anything more than that is beyond them. They are straightforward combatants, relying almost solely on brute force.
Lesser ei’risai prefer to begin battle with a charge attack, letting their mouths gape open and literally ramming with their teeth before biting down (Ei’risai with the heads of horned animals may gore with their horns instead.)

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Nauseating Cloud (Ex)

The lesser ei’risai emanates a foul miasma in a 20-foot radius. Any living creature exposed to it must succeed on a DC 16 Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1d3 rounds.The save DC is Constitution-based. A successful save renders the subject immune to the nauseating cloud of that particular ei’risai for 24 hours. Even a subject who fails its save can only be affected once; once the effect wears off, the subject cannot again be affected by that particular ei’risai’s nauseating cloud for 24 hours.

Pandemoniac Corruption (Ex)

The Pandemoniac corruption of a lesser ei’risai can be resisted with a DC 18 Fortitude save. The save DC is Constitution-based and includes a +2 racial bonus.

Summon Ei’risai (Sp)

Once per day a lesser ei’risai can attempt to summon another lesser ei’risai with a 40% chance of success. This ability is the equivalent of a 3rd-level spell.
